Is there a separate setup fee?
No. Your first website invoice is sent at approved launch and includes your first service period. Monthly plans include 30 days; annual website plans include 12 months at 10% off. Social is a separate monthly service with an agreed start date.
What if I already have a website?
Share your current site. We’ll agree what to keep and improve before replacing it.
Can I start with $97 and upgrade later?
Yes. No second setup fee. We confirm the price and any prepaid credit before changing your plan.
What happens if I cancel?
There’s no minimum term or exit fee. Cancellation ends service at the end of the current service month. The initial month is nonrefundable; annual customers receive a refund for unused full months at the discounted rate. You retain your domain and business content/data. Hosting and managed systems end with the paid service. Available files and supported exports are handed over; rebuilding platform-dependent features elsewhere is not included.
Do I have to learn a new app?
Not for Website Care or Lead & Reputation. On the $297 plan, you receive alerts and can call customers back directly. Replying to an owner alert is not a text to the customer. Growth & Visibility includes an app for business conversations, with onboarding.
Are edits and automations unlimited?
No. Website Care includes 30 minutes of small edits per month; the higher plans include 60 minutes total. Unused minutes expire monthly. Scheduled care, included posts, review monitoring and reporting are separate deliverables. Extra pages, redesigns and custom integrations are quoted first.
